All sales are final except for books that arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact Bess Covenant Publishing at besscovenantpublishing@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Bess Covenant Publishing will review the matter and provide an appropriate replacement or remedy when the issue is verified. Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind or general preference.
